The Vetting Process.
Every Nanny is personally interviewed and must meet strict criteria including:
A current DBS check on the update service

A paediatric first aid certificate, issued within the last 3 years

Employment references from at least their last three positions

Verified identification, including passport

For nannies with driving responsibilities, a valid driving licence and business use on their car insurance

Meet Clare!
My journey in childcare began in 1999, leading to
over 20 years of hands-on experience across nurseries
and private nannying roles.
After becoming a mother myself, I developed an even
deeper understanding of how important it is to
find childcare you can truly trust.
In 2021, I founded Cheshire Nannies to offer a more personal,
thoughtful approach, connecting families with exceptional nannies
who genuinely care.
I personally manage every placement, ensuring the
highest standards at every step.
