Initial Consultation:

 

​Once you get in touch, I will ask you to complete a client brief so I can understand exactly what you are looking for. This includes your childcare requirements, working hours, location and the type of nanny you feel would suit your family best.

Advertising & Candidate Search:

I begin searching through my network of experienced nannies and childcare professionals. I will also advertise the role to attract additional suitable candidates.

Every applicant is considered carefully based on their experience, personality and suitability for your family rather than just a CV.

 

Shortlisting Candidates:

I will then send you a selection of candidate profiles with key information including their childcare experience, qualifications and availability. This allows you to decide who you would like to meet and interview.

Interviews:

Interviews are arranged at a time that suits you and the candidate. If needed, I can also organise second interviews or trial sessions to help you feel completely confident in your decision.

Finding the right nanny is a very personal process, so I always encourage families to take their time and choose someone who feels like the right fit for their home and children.

 

Contract and payroll support:

Once you have chosen your nanny, I will support you through the final steps of the placement to ensure everything is in place for a smooth and positive start.
