Maternity Nanny

By nature of the job role, Maternity Nannies are very experienced in caring for newborn babies and working alongside the parent. Maternity Nannies typically hold a qualification in childcare and are there to offer guidance to parents in terms of all aspects of the baby's needs.

HERE ARE THE SERVICES WE OFFER?

Nannies would usually provide care for babies or to take over once both parents are back to work. More often than not, a Nanny is employed by the family. They normally hold a childcare qualification (NVQ Level 2+), enabling them to provide the best care to your children.  Once the children reach school age, a nanny role may change slightly and might consist of more household duties, meal preparation and oversee any homework.

Daily Nanny (full/part time either Permanent/Temporary)

Nanny/Housekeeper

A nanny/housekeeper would care for your children, usually before and after school/holidays, and would carry out various tasks around the house whilst the children are at school.  These roles generally consist of tidying, cleaning, washing, ironing and meal preparation.

Before and Afterschool Nanny

A before and after school nanny would be employed by you and would either hold the relevant childcare qualifications or be experienced within the childcare sector.  Their role is usually to get the children ready for school, provide their breakfast and take them to school.  In the afternoon, the Nanny would collect them from school, bring them home to your house and oversee any homework, prepare a meal and keep them entertained until you arrive home from work. If you require extra hours during the day, this is something that could be arranged on an individual basis.

Mothers/Fathers Help

A Mothers/Fathers help is there to offer full support to both parents, usually through shared care. This is especially helpful for a family with multiple babies/children.  A Mothers/Fathers help will be that extra pair of hands you wish you had, they don't tend to have sole charge of the children. They will help around the house, prepare meals and get stuck in with all forms of Childcare.  It is a great way for a qualified Nursery Nurse to gain experience in the home environment to enter the world of Nannying.

Emergency Nanny

An emergency Nanny usually steps in at the last minute to help a family out urgently. The role would be similar to above.
