Our process is very easy, but also very thorough. 

 

This is to ensure we find the right childcare solution for you and your family:

• After completing our contact form, I will phone you for an informal chat. 

• Once I know your requirements, I will carry out an intensive search of the Nanny database to find a number of suitable candidates.

• I will then email the candidate's personal profile to you for you to read through and short list for interviews.

• Interviews will take place.

• Once you've interviewed the candidates, second interviews can be arranged if needed.

• Once you have successfully chosen a candidate, we can arrange the finer details before contracts are signed provided by you.
